A performance for visitors age 6 and up that takes the audience on an imaginary journey, exploring the boundary between reality and fiction and different levels of abstraction, using words, shapes and colors

Are you sure that what you see is everything there is to see?
Is the world you live in the only one?
Is there perhaps another universe that you can only reach through a secret entrance?

In The seventh floor of the world choreographers Heine Avdal and Yukiko Shinozaki and multimedia artist Sachiyo Takahashi take you on an imaginary journey, traveling between reality and fiction. Through various levels of abstraction, and by playing with scale, they guide you into unknown worlds where words, shapes, and colors melt in the senses. This playful exploration of passages to other levels tests your perception.

world premiere: November 7, 2013 at Dansefestival Barents (Hammerfest)
